Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At Shine Ora, we strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for custom orders must be made within 4-8 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has started at Shine Ora, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a fee.

3. Exclusions

Custom-made jewellery and items on sale are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once the production has been initiated at Shine Ora.

4. Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
